Wrist Measurement — using a string or a flexible tape measure, measure the circumference of your wrist by fitting it tightly right above the wrist bone.

Hand Measurement — bring your fingers together and thumb across the palm as if you were about to put on a bangle. Measure your hand with a string or a tape measure around the widest part of your hand.
