Every piece of Matanai Jewelry is handcrafted individually with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of everything we make.

Returns & Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your jewelry, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. As all pieces are made entirely to order, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Personalization

Holiday Delays
During peak holiday seasons we make every effort to deliver on time. However delays due to high volume, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. Refunds cannot be issued for carrier or weather related delays. We recommend ordering early during busy periods.

Current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks.
