Every Matanai Jewelry order is packed with care and shipped securely. All deliveries require an adult signature (18+). We do not ship jewelry to P.O. Boxes.

Order Timeline
Production time is currently 4 to 6 weeks. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

Jewelry Delivery:
- United States — 2 to 3 business days
- Canada — available on request
- International — worldwide via DHL, contact us for details

Print Kit Shipping
Print Kits ship free within 2 to 3 business days via Priority Mail.

Express Kit Shipping Options:
- UPS Overnight — guaranteed next-day delivery (US only)
- USPS Priority Mail Express — next-day to 2-day by 6pm, 7 days a week (US only)
- FedEx Overnight — next-day delivery (US only)
